Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay we will contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery

We will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 2 - 4 working days UK and 2 - 11 working days for Ireland. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 24 hours, please reach out to us via email at support@thehouseofzee.com so that we can help.

Damages and Returns

  • We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items.
  • You (the buyer) must check item/s over for any damages and advise within 28 days for a return.
  • If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to support@thehouseofzee.com so that we can open a claim on your behalf.
  • If issue is confirmed, the customer can choose to receive a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
  • If there's a change of heart or not satisfied due to no fault of ours, customer may return the product within 28 days, return information to be sent to customers once confirmed.
  • The cost of shipping the product back to The House Of Zee must be paid by the customer. At that point, a full refund or a product swap of equal value will be offered to the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
